Mark has been involved in recruitment for over 15 years having worked with Search Consultancy for over 10 as well as recruiting for cruise line companies prior to this.
He has been involved in the hospitality industry operationally before this time and worked in 5 star hotels in Scotland,England,Switzerland and Germany as well as Royal Caribbean Cruise Line for 8 years.

His roles were generally with food and beverage and primarily in restaurant departments.

Mark has recruited for many aspects of the industry working with hotels,contract caterers and other groups.

His background enables Mark to understand the requirements of client and candidate and ensure that these are met as closely as possible.
