A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced F&B Manager to join one of Norfolk’s most admired contemporary hotels, a beautifully designed, Michelin Key award-winning 32 bedroom property with an on site spa and three distinct dining options, including a refined restaurant, relaxed bar space, and village pub.
This role offers the chance to be part of a passionate leadership team shaping the future of food and beverage across both the hotel and its sister pub.
Supported by a central operations team and working closely with an Executive Chef with Michelin-starred experience, you’ll bring consistency and a service led culture to a business with big ambitions.
The Role
As F&B Manager, you’ll lead from the front, setting the tone across the guest experience and team performance.
From overseeing day to day operations to inspiring a front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service, you’ll be instrumental in developing a food and drink offering that reflects the quality, creativity, and individuality this destination is known for.
You’ll also play a key role in strengthening operational processes, mentoring your team, and ensuring all aspects of the guest journey are executed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities –
Operations & Strategy
- Lead all food and beverage operations across the hotel and on site pub, maintaining high service standards
- Collaborate with senior leadership and the Executive Chef on F&B strategy and execution
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier relations
- Manage payroll and staffing levels in line with commercial targets
- Monitor food safety, health & safety, and licensing compliance
Team Leadership
- Recruit, onboard, and retain a high performing team
- Provide daily leadership and mentoring for front-of-house staff
- Implement training plans with support from the Training & Development Manager
- Develop effective rotas that balance guest experience and staff wellbeing
Guest Experience & Standards
- Proactively respond to feedback and anticipate guest needs
- Ensure the delivery of high quality service across every touchpoint
- Collaborate on continuous improvement across F&B delivery
What We’re Looking For
You’re a confident, capable hospitality professional with a passion for great service, great food, and leading from the front.
You’ll bring a modern approach to F&B management, a sharp eye for detail, and the confidence to make decisions that enhance both the guest experience and commercial outcomes.
You will bring –
- Experience in a similar F&B leadership role within a premium hotel or hospitality venue
- Strong organisational and people management skills
- A collaborative, positive leadership style
- Commercial awareness and confidence with stock, budgets, and compliance
- A genuine interest in seasonal, locally led food and drinks
- The ability to inspire a team and build a service culture that feels personal, not scripted
