Recruiting for this company for a Head Chef based for hotel located in great location.

The hotel is well regarded and award winning and serves great local food using local produce and all fresh.

You will be managing the team and ensure and maintain standards at all times.

Responsibilities:
– Supervise and coordinate all activities in the kitchen
– Ensure food preparation and production meets high-quality standards
– Manage and train kitchen staff, including cooks and other kitchen workers
– Oversee inventory management and ordering of food supplies
– Develop and maintain menus that meet customer preferences and dietary restrictions
– Collaborate with management to create new dishes and improve existing recipes
– Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
– Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role
– Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
– Excellent leadership and team management skills
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in food preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques
– Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
– Creativity and ability to develop innovative menu items
– Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, management, and customers
– Degree or certification in culinary arts or a related field is preferred
