I am looking for an interim Reception Manager,Building Manager for a site in Leeds.

The client manages 2 residential apartment buildings in central Leeds with over 200 beds with a main reception area to access both sites.

The role is to ensure entry to the buildings is by residents,also to manage the general upkeep of the main public areas and the cleaning as well as working with contractors for building maintenance as well as safety and security.

This is to start an interim role for at least 6 weeks and may become permanent in 2020.

The salary is pro rata £28k with 40 hours required 5 over 7 and o/t paid for additional hours when required.
