So many jobs so few candidate,what is happening !

I am presently working with some great companies across the UK and they are all looking for focus,driven and commited professional people and despite the fact that I offer referral fee’s and as well subscribe to the leading hospitality website for candidates,no one seems to want to talk or return calls or emails to get in contact.

So if your cv is out there and you are not looking yes I understand and try to remove it from these candidate databases,if you are looking for a new role then answer your mobile or email and let’s see how we can help each other,as at the end of the day it is a beneficial process for all parties,but talking is the initial part,then either meet face to face if location is suitable or if outside the area use skype or facetime and tell the consultant what you are looking for.

You may be suprised as to how good they are really !!
