Weddings & Events Co-ordinator – Chester area
We are looking to recruit for a 4 star hotel based in the Chester area and part of s hotel group with venues across the North West and the Midlands and the hotel is actively recruiting a Wedding and Events Co-ordinator to join their hotel team.
The hotel has over 50 + bedrooms with various facilities which includes hotel restaurant and bar along with a number of M&E rooms to cater for weddings,events,conferences etc.
The largest suite caters for approx 150 guests and various other rooms which includes boardrooms and conference rooms with various capacities and has the additional benefit of a gym and spa in the hotel.
You will be working with a team with a focus on sales for the weddings,events and selling the full 360 sales cycle and reporting to the Sales Manager and be responsible for dealing with all in coming enquiries to ensure a fast efficient service for any conferences,events or weddings and to be able to assist the guest and to ensure the hotel is able to secure the business.
The hotel uses a central booking system and so ideally experience of this is beneficial.
