Venue Manager – Ellesmere Port
Looking to recruit for a Venue Manager for a newly developed venue in Ellesmere Port area that offers a casual all day dining cafe and also a function space for events such as weddings,Birthday parties,Xmas parties etc
This is a hands on role to work with and have a day to day involvement in the business and to be able to develop the operation to attract the local population through social media as well as offering great food and service when the venue is used
You will also manage the team and financials including wages,wet GP and food GP to achieve targets for the finances of the business
Offer training and support for the team that will be a mix of full time and casual staff and ensure all are trained to a high standard
Reporting to the Area Manager and regular meetings and calls
£25k,benefits,bonus
