Sous Chef – Leeds
This 4 star hotel city centre Leeds hotel offers casual all day dining restaurant as well as superb events and functions spaces and a leisure club with spa facilities and are presently recruiting a Sous Chef to join their team.
The hotel has over a 100 bedrooms with the 150 cover restaurant offering a modern British menu with generally fresh seasonal produce and also within the C&B areas of the hotel can cater for 300 guests in the largest suite.
The operation in Central Leeds is popular with both leisure and corporate guests and is part of a well known group.
Working as part of the kitchen management and assisting the Head Chef in the day to day operations it is important that you take an integral part and ownership during the Head Chefs absence,as well to manage all back of house areas including kitchen hygiene,food safety standards and ensure a 5 star rating when inspected.
As such you will have the skills and ability to work with the junior team members and offer training and development for each individual.
