Sous Chef – Wirral 

I am working with this expanding and highly regarded group operation with various restaurants,late night venues and bar operations across the North West including Chester area,Manchester and Liverpool.

The company are presently looking for a Sous Chef for this busy food led venue to join their kitchen team.

The site has approx 100 covers and serves traditional food using all fresh produce and offers a variety of dishes including burgers,ribs as well as the more traditional fish and chips etc and all is made fresh on site and to a high standard and also offers all day casual dining in a relaxed environment.

Working as the Sous Chef your role will be to work with and be part of the team and work in various corners of the kitchen and be able to produce a good standard of food in line with the company requirements and SOP’s and also to support the Head Chef in the day to day kitchen management and to ensure food safety standards are maintained as well as achieving required food gp margins and the kitchen costs for wages etc.

Also you will be offered ongoing training and development for your career as well as 2 days off per week and work 5 days over 7 on a rota basis.

The role will suit someone looking for a 1st time Sous Chef appointment and working presently as a Junior Sous.
