Sous Chef – Cheshire
This unique restaurant operation run by a private company are recruiting for a Sous Chef to join their team in this 100 cover restaurant based nr Knutsford.
The role is hands on and working as part of a small commited kitchen team which includes Head Chef,Sous Chef and Chef de Parties as well as KP’s.
Offering 1st class all fresh food with an American twist and a traditional Sunday roast,the person will be working to ensure and deliver a 1st class food product at all times which is open 6 days a week throughout the day.
You will support the Head Chef and deputise in their absence and be aware of all kitchen food safety,health and hygiene as well as the ability to cook food to a high standard.
Involved in menus planning as part of the kitchen management team and to ensure the kitchen can deliver the required food gp margins.
Reporting to the Head Chef and Owner and create a great working environment.
