Sous Chef – NR carlisle
Presently recruiting for a Sous Chef for this 3 star hotel based in the Carlisle area with 60 + bedrooms and a 70 cover restaurant and with small C&B for up to 100 guests.
The Sous Chef role will work as part of this team of approx 6 chefs and 2 KP’s to ensure and deliver the standards required and to have the ability to work at a consistent levels required.
Working as part of the team and the various corners of the kitchen and be able to support and train the junior team members and deliver the standards required at all times,to support the Head Chef in the day to day kitchen management and to also food safety standards as well as achieving required food gp margins and the kitchen costs for wages etc.
Also you will be offered ongoing training and development for your career.
