Sous Chef – North Wales 

This well known and highly regarded hotel based in a great location in North Wales and as part of a group with hotels in various locations are recruiting for a Sous Chef to join one of their kitchen teams in this 4 star hotel.

The hotel offers a fine dine award winning 2 rosette restaurant as well as various M&E areas for up to 200 guests in the largest suite and the food prepared and served is all fresh,seasonal and as much local produce as possible.

The Sous Chef role will work as part of this team of approx 8 chefs and 2 KP’s to ensure and deliver the high standards required and to have the ability to work at a consistent levels required.

Working as part of the team and the various corners of the kitchen and be able to support and train the junior team members and deliver the standards required at all times,to support the Head Chef in the day to day kitchen management and to also food safety standards as well as achieving required food gp margins and the kitchen costs for wages etc.

Also you will be offered ongoing training and development for your career.

The role will suit someone looking for a step into a management role within the kitchen and career development.
