Sous Chef – New Forest

This well known and highly regarded hotel group with various hotels in and around the beautiful New Forest area are recruiting for a Sous Chef to join one of their kitchen teams in this 4 star boutique hotel.

The hotel offers a fine dine award winning 2 rosette restaurant as well as various M&E areas for up to 100 guests and the food prepared and served is all fresh,seasonal and as much local produce as possible.

The Sous Chef role will work as part of this team of approx 6 chefs and KP’s to ensure and deliver the high standards required and to have the ability to work at a consistent levels required.

Working as part of the team and the various corners of the kitchen and be able to support and train the junior team members and deliver the standards required at all times,to support the Head Chef in the day to day kitchen management and to also food safety standards as well as achieving required food gp margins and the kitchen costs for wages etc.

Also you will be offered ongoing training and development for your career.

The role will suit someone looking for a step into a management role within the kitchen and career development.
