Sous Chef – Farnborough

This 4 star hotel in the Farnbrough area are recruiting for a Sous Chef to join their team at this suyperbly appointed hotel with great F&B operations that include a 2 AA rosette resraurant as well as C&B for up to 200 + in the largest suite

The person they are looking for will be from a similar operation with 2 rosette experience in their background and to be able to assist the Head Chef in the day to day management of the kitchen operation and work with the team and offer training & development as well as a hands on role to paly to offer superbly cooked for for the guests.

Also involved in menu planning as well as all H&S,food hygiene and to ensure the kitchen is always prepared ready for inspection and as well to achieve the required food gross profit margins.

Working closely with the Head Chef and as part of the hotel management team.

Also looking for a Junior Sous for this hotel and salary of £24k.
