Sous Chef – Crewe 

We are presently recruiting for a 4 star group hotel in the Crewe area for a Sous Chef to join their kitchen brigade.

The hotel has 100 + bedrooms along with a casual dining 100 cover restaurant,main bar and lounge as well as various Meeting and conference rooms for up to 200 guests in the largest suite.

The Sous Chef role will work as part of this team of approx 9/10 chefs and KP’s to ensure and deliver the high standards required and to have the ability to work at a consistent levels required.

Working as part of the team and the various corners of the kitchen and be able to support and train the junior team members and deliver the standards required at all times,to support the day to day kitchen management and to also food safety standards as well as achieving required food gp margins and the kitchen costs for wages etc.

Also you will be offered ongoing training and development for your career.

The role will suit someone looking for a step into a management role within the kitchen and career development.
