Sous Chef – Coventry area
£33,000 base on 40 hour week (ideal for work life balance) plus company benefits.
This fantastic 4-star hotel and resort is looking for a Sous chef from a hotel background who is looking for their next challenge.
This hotel has a 100 cover restaurant, with a bar & lounge area
There is also various meeting and events spaces catering for a function for up to 300 people.
The food style and menus are a mix of international and modern British cuisine.
Your role be to run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, ensure that service goes smoothly ,the kitchen is always clean and all due diligence is up to date.
Working to support in all areas of the kitchen and be able to train and develop junior team members.
Your creativity will be welcomed and your input to menus when seasonal changes are made, you will also have the chance of developing your career through company training as well as being able to further develop your career within the company.
Great salary and working conditions and you will require your own transport.
