Sous Chef – Ludlow,Shropshire

£32k 5 days from 7 – 40 hours with paid overtime – live in

Currently working with this client with a unique opportunity to join a growing brigade as they restructure their chef brigade to support the strong growing business.

This a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about being a Chef whether an already established Sous Chef or a CDP for their next step in their career. For this role experience within a rosette kitchen is preferable.

This venue is truly unique with beautifully restored bedrooms to the highest standard, the restaurant offers fresh,local and seasonal produce in the main hotel restaurant.

The brigade of chefs provide food to create those memorable experiences.

The operation also has a casual dining experience along with functions and events spaces catering for up to 100 + guests.

The experienced kitchen leadership team in place offer this opportunity for someone with experience or for someone who is developing and wants to learn from experienced chefs.
