Sous Chef – Ullapool area

£30k basic salary,with tips approx £3k per annum,company pension,company discounts,training and career development.live in shared facilities

The client based in great location in the beautiful Ullapool area close to the local services are presently recruiting for a hands-on Sous Chef to assist and support the Head Chef in the day to day kitchen operations and to help maintain their standards for this 4 star hotel with main hotel restaurant as well as events and functions spaces.

You will be working with the team to create a positive work environment for the kitchen team and also be able to develop the same with all departments for an inclusive working venue.

As Sous Chef ensuring the food is served to the company standards at all times and all health & safety aspects of the business are compliant & undertake the training/recruitment of future kitchen team members ranging from KP’s to all levels of chefs in the kitchen.

The venue offers and traditional menu serving as much local and seasonal produce available in the area with modern influences.

The client requires the Sous Chef to work over 5 days, shift start times can vary depending on the needs and requirements of the business.
