This client in this beautiful luxurious operation based in the beautiful rural area approx 15 minutes from Nantwich are recruiting for a Sous Chef to join their kitchen team and this award winning operation.
This is a great role with input into the menus and the ability to be creative and be involved in the key aspects of the kitchen and menus offered to clients.
This is a well known venue offering a 1st class dining experience with a fine dining restaurant serving modern British and seasonal food using local produce and there is also various meeting rooms with largest suite for over 100 + guests.
You will be working with a team of chefs and create a positive work in the kitchen department as well as the other hotels departments.
As Sous Chef you will be working with and supporting the Head Chef and to lead the team, ensuring the food is served to the highest of quality, all health & safety aspects of the business are compliant & undertake the training/recruitment of future kitchen team members ranging from KP’s to all levels of chefs in the kitchen.
You will have the ability to have creative input into the menu working with the Head Chef and the GM, creating seasonal menus using all fresh local food.
The client requires the chef to work 40 hours contract per week over 5 days, shift start times can vary depending on the needs and requirements of the business.
