Senior Sous Chef – Wirral 

I am recruiting for a new expanding company based in the North West who are operating a restaurant and concept at a well located venue on the Wirral and they are recruiting for a Senior Sous Chef to join the company.

The restaurant offers all fresh food and has a well regarded reputation in the area for a high standard of food and service.

As Senior Sous Chef you will be working with the Head Chef to ensure these standards are met at all times and also work with all the kitchen brigade to offer support and training as well as this being a hands on role and working on various sections and the pass.

The restaurant has a a capcity of approx 100 covers and weekly sales of over £25k net on food and is open throughout the day with seperate menus available for breakfast and an all day menu served from noon all week.

You will be part of the Snior Management team and to be able to deputise in the Head Chef’s absence and also maintain the quality of food at all times and as well ensure food standards,food hygiene and safety.

Additonally working to achieve and deliver the agreed company food GP margins and control wage costs etc

Part of the company ploicy is to offer ongoing training and development for your career as well as 2 days off per week and work 5 days over 7 on a rota basis.
