We are presently working with this excellent hotel in Blackpool area who are recruiting for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join their team.
The key skills for the individual are the following,
Commercially focused sales and with the market knowledge and connections to develop sales within the hotel working with the local markets and clients
Ability and skills to lead the sales team and work with the company sales and revenue teams to support the hotel strategy
Prepare Forecasts and Budgets for all segments of the business
Manage relationships with online travel agencies
Responsible for the strategy to drive rooms and M&E revenue within the business
Analysing market information and market trends to support revenue decisions
The experienced revenue office manager will drive, motivate and develop the team
Review business plans, identify gaps and meet set targets
Working to achieve revenue and sales targets and to develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize pricing and inventory
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams both internally and externally and to develop campaigns and packages and also liaise with the General Manager and senior management team
