Presently recruiting for this contract catering company with operations across the North West,North East and the Midlands for a commercial Senior Operations Manager.
The client is looking to recruit for this key role due to growth and development in the group
The person will be knowledgeable about the B&I as well as education and focused on service delivery within the teams and with the commercial ability to add value in terms of the services the company can offer as well as adding financial value to existing contracts as well as when bidding for new business.
The role will focus mainly on the North West of England as well as some business in the North East and Midlands areas and so will be required to meet with the clients on regular basis in order to maintain the contract as well as for further business development with present contracts.
Leading a team of Operations Manager and with clear focus and directions on how the company operates and to ensure the core business is always adhered to by all Management and team members and to exceed client expectations.
The client is looking for an individual with experience in this market and to be able to generate sales and new contracts through your previous knowledge and experience.
A key focus for the role is the ability to see the bigger picture and the commercial aspects of new and present clients and how to add financial value and also the experience of bid writing and tenders to ensure securing new business.
Report to MD of the group and to liaise and support the management team across the portfolio.
The Head Office is based in the Cheshire area and travel will be required on a regular basis to attend management meetings and to confirm any new developments as well as market trends and also involved in budgets and revenue meetings with the senior team.
