Senior Conference Co-Ordinator – nr Chester
We are at present working with a large 4 star hotel based nr Chester in a great rural location who are looking for a pro-active Senior Co-Ordinator to join their hotel sales team.
The hotel offers bespoke luxury with over 120 + bedrooms well designed and recently refurbished bedrooms along with some superb facilities which includes a large main restaurant with great vistas of the surrounding countryside as well as benefiting from some of the best conference and events facilities in the region.
They have the ability to host a number of events with the 2 main rooms capable of holding over 200 guests ,along with a number of other meeting rooms,as well as a fully equipped leisure club and spa and other leisure activities.
You will be working with a team of 3 reporting to the Sales Manager and be responsible for dealing with all in coming enquiries to ensure a fast efficient service for any conferences,events or weddings and to be able to assist the guest and to ensure the hotel is able to secure the business.
The hotel uses a central booking system and so ideally experience of this is beneficial.
