I am working with this client with operations across the Chester/Wirral and North Wales areas who are looking for one of their venues in a great North Wales location nr both Llandudno and Rhos on Sea and the client is looking for a hands on Senior Chef de Partie to join the team.
The company have an excellent reputation for a high standard of food and service across the portfolio and this venue fits well into that mould.
The food is all fresh and in many cases seasonal and also offering local produce when possible and serves food throughout the day and is a popular destination with the local market as well as appealing to the visitors of the area.
This is a key appointment and the final piece of the kitchen jigsaw working with a Head Chef,Sr Sous and Sous Chef then this role of Senior Chef de Partie,Chef de Parties and kitchen porters and as well the site has had a refurbishment in the recent past.
Working in all sections of the kitchen and preparing and cooking food to a high standard and as well working with the team to ensure standards are maintained at all times.
As a Senior Chef de Partie you will work with and support the Head Chef also work with other kitchen team members to ensure the standards are maintained at all times in both the quality of the food being prepared and served to the guests but also in regards to kitchen hygiene standards and day to day kitchen management.
The venue also offers an outside area with a built in BBQ for better weather which is very popular for a casual dining experience.
Being part of a group there are also development and career plans available.
