We are presently recruiting for this superbly appointed hotel venue in Liverpool area that offers superb facilities within the site.
The venue offers superbly appointed bedrooms,along with a fine dining restaurant,as well as fantastically designed areas for conferences,weddings events etc with leisure and spa also on site.
The client is looking for a professional Sales & Marketing Manager selling all areas of the venue within both the corporate leisure markets and with the previous sales and marketing experience be able to network with their connections to highlight the operation and to increase sales and revenue for the business.
The group are well known in the area and have previously transformed sites to be then considered the places to be seen within the region with great guest service and F&B facilities to the guests.
Ideally the person will be from hotel/venue sales background with knowledge of the Liverpool market to manage and develop sales with a combined approach of both ensuring all enquiries are dealt with efficiently by the team to secure the business as well as client meetings from both previous and new users of the operation,to assist in achieving sales targets and budgets in all areas and to be both pro-active and re-active within the role.
Supporting the team members and guiding through a training and development as well as leadership approach with defined targets in all key areas of the office sales team.
