Sales Office Manager – Watford
This corporate group hotel close to Watford centre with great links to to the major road networks of the region located close to corporate and commercial markets are recruiting for a Sales Office Manager for their operation.
The role will be working in the M&E Sales office and working closely with a team of 2 to ensure and drive sales within the M&E areas of the hotel with multiple meeting rooms available from the largest suite for 200 guests to boardrooms from 2 to 100 guests the hotel benefits from a strong presence in the region servicing both corporate and also some leisure business.
Ideally the person will be from a similar background with the ability to manage and develop sales with a combined approach of both ensuring all enquiries are dealt with efficiently by the team to secure the business as well as outbound calls from both previous and new users of the hotel, to assist in achieving sales targets and budgets for the hotel in all areas including rooms,M&E,F&B and to be both pro-active and re-active within the role.
Supporting the team members and guiding through a training and development as well as leadership approach with defined targets in all key areas of the office sales team.
