We are presently recruiting for this expanding hotel group with operations in various locations across London and South East of England for a Sales Manager for the region,with office base in London with regular travel across the region.
The hotels are working within the budgeted market but all hotels offer a full service facility and within a recognised brand.
The client is looking for a professional Sales Manager to cover the region and oversee 4 hotels though that is due to expand over the coming years through acquisition and new build,so great time to join the group and with travel required to visit each hotel on a regular basis.
You will be selling the full 360 sales cycle for all the venues working with the Hotel Manager to achieve sales targets and budgets.
This will be in the the corporate & leisure markets and with the previous sales and marketing experience be able to network with their connections to highlight the operations and to increase sales and revenue across the business.
Ideally the person will be from a hotel sales background with some knowledge of the regional markets and to manage and develop sales with a combined approach of both ensuring all enquiries are dealt with efficiently by the teams to secure the business as well as client meetings from both previous and new users of the operations,to assist in achieving sales targets and budgets in all areas and to be both pro-active and re-active within the role.
Supporting the team members and guiding through a training and development as well as leadership approach with defined targets in all key areas of the office sales team.
