Recruiting for this 4 star 150 + bedroom hotel based in the Manchester area.
The client requires an office based Sales Manager to work with and assist the Director of Sales to drive and develop the sales in the hotel with a main focus on the MICE markets.
Ideally you will be from a branded hotel background and with experience of the Manchester markets and the clients including the agents and how to develop business for the hotel.
The hotel occupies a central location with extensive facilities for the MICE industry with over 10 meeting rooms and the largest for over 300 + guests.
With the role being office based you will focus on leads generated by the internal teams as well as being able to deal quickly and efficiently and requests for RFI to ensure you can secure the business for the hotel.
You will be targeted for sales generation and revenue to assist the hotel in achieving the company budget and work closely with the team in the sales office and to create a professional sales environment.
Reporting direct to the Director of Sales and to the company Sales Director.
