We are presently recruiting for this superbly appointed 4 star group hotel in central Manchester operating in both the corporate and leisure markets for an experienced Sales Manager for their operation.
The role will be working selling all areas of the hotel including Rooms,M&E,Weddings and the Leisure markets and the hotel offers a branded operation with international group and facilities include 100 bedrooms,100 cover restaurant as well as M&E for up to 150 guests in largest suite as well as various meeting rooms.
The hotel and group are well known for being innovators in all areas of their operation and are generally seen as market leaders within the F&B offerings to the guests attracting the hotel guests as well as transient trade.
Ideally the person will be from a similar background with the ability to manage and develop sales with a combined approach of both ensuring all enquiries are dealt with efficiently by the team to secure the business as well as outbound calls from both previous and new users of the hotel, to assist in achieving sales targets and budgets for the hotel in all areas including rooms,M&E,F&B and to be both pro-active and re-active within the role.
Supporting the team members and guiding through a training and development as well as leadership approach with defined targets in all key areas of the office sales team.
