Sales Manager – Liverpool area
We are working with this corporate group hotel near Liverpool city centre with excellent links to to major road networks of the region and providing services to both the corporate and leisure markets who are recruiting for a Sales Manager for their operation.
The role will be working selling all areas of the hotel including with a main focus on the F&B side of the business including MICE,Weddings,Events,Christmas parties as well as the rooms.
The hotel facilities include 70 bedrooms,100 cover restaurant as well as M&E for up to 150 guests in largest suite as well as various meeting rooms and a full leisure club.
Ideally the person will be from a similar background with the ability to manage and develop sales this is considerdd a field based role as you will be out to meet with clients to then further develop and increase sales with a combined approach of both ensuring all enquiries are dealt with efficiently by the team to secure the business as well as outbound calls/visits from both previous and new users of the hotel, to assist in achieving sales targets and budgets for the hotel in all areas including rooms,M&E,F&B and to be both pro-active and re-active within the role.
Supporting the team members and guiding through a training and development as well as leadership approach with defined targets in all key areas of the office sales team.
