We are presently working with a client in the Greater Manchester area who is recruiting for a key role in the company.
This is a Sales Manager role to develop and drive sales within the local areas hotels with a specific focus on the F&B sales in each hotel.
You will be working with the General Manager of each venue to discuss the plans on increasing the sales and to be able to target the local population and local business to generate sales and revenue.
Working with the hotel’s present clients to further develop any planned events,weddings etc as well as any conferences and events to increase F&B sales.
This is a pro-active role and a new position in the group and working with the Company Directors to achieve and agree sales and revenue targets.
You will be visiting each site at least once a week and also be field based meeting with clients to get new business and also existing business to increase spend for up coming events,conferences etc
