Sales & Marketing Manager – Gloucestershire
Working on a new role in Gloucestershire for a hospitality client with a number of operations in the local area as well as some venues in South West.
The company operate 4 star hotels and also gastro pubs with rooms and have grown and developed over recent times to expand their portfolio.
The client is now looking for a key role for a Sales and Marketing Manager to continue to assist and grow the company brand as well as increase the market share for sales for each of the individual sites.
Knowledge of marketing is a key element as well as driving sales and revenue across the venues.
This is a mix of home based as well as office when required and also will require travel to the sites to understand the product and to plan and devise the strategy for each operation separately.

Reporting directly to the owner and with regular meetings with the managers of each venue to ensure a consistency of the brand and standards to achieve more traffic through online bookings and an increase in sales and revenue.
The role is looking to commence in 2023 as early as possible to put in place the key strategies.
Salary is £50k + bonus,benefits,car or allowance.
