Roving General Manager – Lancs,Cumbria and Yorkshire regions
I am working with a well regarded professional hospitality company with operations across most of the UK within hotels,restaurants,gastro pubs etc who are presently looking for a Roving General Manager to cover for the areas including Yorkshire,Cumbria as well as Lancashire possibly other areas on occasions.
Their operations generally consist of the general pub with food and beverage services as well as most benefitting from bedrooms up to approx 20 in most with a couple larger sites.
The food is generally modern British with regular seasonal changes and catering for approx 60 covers in most with also outside areas and then the bar side offering a high quality product and the company is wll known for it’s service and also great facilities.
The venues are well placed with good transport links and many in popular tourist locations son get very busy in summer months.
The bedroom stock is boutique style offering 1st class bedrooms furnished to high standards.
As the Roving Manager you will be managing each venue like it’s your own and working with and supporting the teams in each site,you may be covering holidays,sickness or general cover and most assignments will be for a week and some longer with this period on most occasions requiring live in to cover.
The person will need to be able to ensure working to targets for the business and this will include responsibility for all sales,finances,costs and P&L accounts.
This is an opportunity for the person to join this growing group and ideally come from a similar background within boutique hotels or gastro pubs.
You will be offered a General Manager role in the future in a location suitable for you.
£42k,bonus,benefits,travel costs
