Roving Chef – Liverpool and Cheshire
We are working with a client with a number of venues in Liverpool and Cheshire who are presently looking for a Roving Chef to join their business.
You will need transport to travel when required to each site and also be able to manage all areas of the kitchen and to support the business to deliver great food at all times.
You will generally work at a home base which can be either Liverpool or Cheshire and have the ability to run your own section as well as be able to stand in for any team member when needed.
So ideally you will be working at Sous Chef level and understand about managing kitchen teams for restaurants as well as running functions ie weddings etc.
The food served in the business is mainly modern British using fresh and seasonal produce and you will also understand food purchasing,food hygiene and all health and safety requirements.
You will work on a rota basis however due to illness/holidays etc you will be flexible to go the the other venues when needed at short notice.
£30k,benefits,service charge,mileage paid and travel costs
