Presently working with this 4 star hotel based in the Liverpool area and recruiting for a key role at the hotel for a Front Office Manager to join their management team.
The hotel is in a great central location and offers over 150 + bedrooms along with excellent facilities including various conferences suites with the largest catering for 250 + guests as well as hotel restaurant and main cocktail bar.
- You will be managing and overseeing 2 key areas of the hotel with the reception team and housekeeping team as direct reports
- Work with and support all team members to offer a positive guest experience from check in to check out
- Train and develop all team members and ensure they are aware of the standards required to achieve the guest experience needed
- Oversee the departments day to day and assist and support with a hands on approach to lead the teams
- Manage all departments recruitment and team development
- Work with the hotel senior management team for a clear direction for the department and hotel
- Create a positive work environment and work with all of the departments
- Attend daily and weekly management meetings
- All cost controls,wages etc and targets for the departments to achieve
- Work to achieve sales and revenue targets

Reporting to the Deputy General Manager and General Manager.
