Rooms Division Manager – Liverpool area

Presently working with this 4 star hotel based in the Liverpool area and recruiting for a key role at the hotel for a Front Office Manager to join their management team.
The hotel is in a great central location and offers over 150 + bedrooms along with excellent facilities including various conferences suites with the largest catering for 250 + guests as well as hotel restaurant and main cocktail bar.
  • You will be managing and overseeing 2 key areas of the hotel with the reception team and housekeeping team as direct reports
  • Work with and support all team members to offer a positive guest experience from check in to check out
  • Train and develop all team members and ensure they are aware of the standards required to achieve the guest experience needed
  • Oversee the departments day to day and assist and support with a hands on approach to lead the teams
  • Manage all departments recruitment and team development
  • Work with the hotel senior management team for a clear direction for the department and hotel
  • Create a positive work environment and work with all of the departments
  • Attend daily and weekly management meetings
  • All cost controls,wages etc and targets for the departments to achieve
  • Work to achieve sales and revenue targets
You will also be able to benefit from the companies training and development and career growth.
Reporting to the Deputy General Manager and General Manager.
