We are looking to recruit for a Restaurant Manager for this 4 star hotel client in great location in South Manchester close to major road links in superb location with all facilities on offer.
The hotel has a 100 + cover Brasserie style restaurant based on a grill concept serving all fresh produce with a high standard of service required at all times.
The hotel offers all modern facilities including large F&B operations with the restaurant,cocktail bar and lounge as well as large M&E facilities for up to 400 guests and has a 1st class leisure and spa venue.
The client is looking to recruit a high end hands on Restaurant Manager for this highly regarded operation that serves both hotel guests as well as being a popular venue within the local community and serves breakfast,lunch,dinner and also offers space for morning coffees and afternoon teas.
As Restaurant Manager your role is to oversee all day to day operations and to ensure a high standard of service at all times and as well to manage and lead the team to ensure the highest standards of service is offered to all the guests.
You will be supported in your role by Assistant Managers & Supervisors with then a mix of contracted and casual team members.
You will work with the team and be the main lead in dealing operationally with guests and offer training and development to all staf to ensure a consistency of standards.
In addition have the knowledge to manage wage costs and controls and also to train all team members to upsell when possible to achieve the department budget.
