Restaurant Manager – South Manchester
I am recruiting for a client based in this beautifully appointed 4 star group hotel in the South Manchester region that offers fine dining in a casual restaurant serving all fresh produce and caters to approx 60 guests serving breakfast,lunch and dinner with a focus on high end service at all times.
The client is looking to recruit a high end hands on Restaurant Manager for this highly regarded venue in a truly unique location.
The operation consists of a restaurant as well as cocktail bar and lounge area within this luxurious 4 star deluxe hotel.
As Restaurant Manager your role is to oversee all day to day operations and to ensure a high standard of service at all times and as well to manage and lead the team to ensure the highest standards of service is offered to all the guests.
You will be supported in your role by Assistant Managers & Supervisors with then a mix of contracted and casual team members.
You will work with the team and be the main lead in dealing operationally with guests and offer training and development to all staf to ensure a consistency of standards.
In addition have the knowledge to manage wage costs and controls and also to train all team members to upsell when possible to achieve the department budget.
