F&B Operations Manager – Windermere
This group hotel client with great location in the idyllic setting of Lake Windermere are recruiting for a F&B Operations Manager to join their team.
The hotel offers great facilities which includes a 80 cover restaurant,various meeting rooms with the largest a capacity of 100 guests as well as various boardrooms.
As the F&B Operations Manager your role is to manage and lead the team day to day and ensure the highest standards of service at all times is offered to all the guests using this area of the hotel.
You will be supported by an Assistant Manager and 2 Supervisors with then a mix of contracted and casual team members.
The hotel has a general focus on the leisure market but is also a popular location for various events,weddings.
You will work with the team and be the main lead in dealing operationally with guests and offer training and development to all staf to ensure a consistency of standards.
In addition you will manage the liquor stock in your department as well as wage costs and controls and also upsell when possible to achieve the department and hotel budget.
Report direct to the General Manager.
