Restaurant Manager – nr Solihull
£33k,benefits,service charge,company pension and discounts.
Presently recruiting for a hands on Restaurant Manager for this group hotel operation based in the Solihull area.
Working with and leading the team to ensure a high standard of service at all times and great guest satisfaction.
The restaurant is a busy venue and serving hotel guests breakfast,as well as offering an all day dining menu to both hotel guests as well as the local area.
Assisting and supporting the Hotel Management team to maintain standards as well as being able to work to achieve high standards at all times.
Working with the restaurant team and be able to deliver 1st class training to all team members.
Create a positive working environment and to liaise with the Head Chef and kitchen team to enhance the guest service.
Manage the department costs including wage costs and stock required in the department.
Report direct to the Hotel Manager and attend HOD meetings when required.
