Looking to recruit for this award winning hotel restaurant who are looking to recruit for a hands on Restaurant Manager to lead the team and all front of house areas of the operation.
This beautifully appointed restaurant is highly regarded throughout the area and offers a fine dining experience but in casual,luxurious location and also has the added benefit of a superb cocktail bar and lounge.
The hotel with 4 stars has various facilities which includes an award winning fine dining restaurant and also the hotel offers superb C&B areas with the largest suite for approx 120 guests and also has a full leisure and spa facility.
The restaurant operation consists of a 70 + cover restaurant and a further 40 seats within the bar area and is popular with hotel guests and local residents and is a venue of choice.
The client is looking for an individual who can take on the day to day responsibility of ensuring the highest standard of guest care at all times and has working experience of all aspects of food and beverage services in the restaurant.
You will be supported in your role by Assistant Managers & Supervisors and the ability to train and develop all team members to deliver the service standards required and also working with the Head Chef and kitchen team to assist and support and enhance the guest experience.
In addition have the knowledge to manage wage costs and controls and also to train all team members to upsell when possible to achieve the department budget.
