Restaurant Manager – Chester area
Presently recruiting for this well located restaurant based in a luxury 4 star hotel in the Chester area.
This award winning hotel restaurant is looking for a hands on manager to work with and support the well trained and focused team.
As Restaurant Manager you will manage the day to day operations working with the team and be able to offer and ensure a great guest experience working with a dedicated team.
The food is modern British with approx 70 covers serving both hotel guests as well as local residents and offering superb food,wines and 1st class guest experience.
You will be managing the day to day operations of the venue working with and supporting all team members with a mix of full time and casual staff and to maintain a close positive working relationship with the Head Chef and kitchen team.
You will also manage all finances to ensure the you are achieving financial targets that includes sales,control of wage costs as well as achieving agreed wet GP margins.
You will also be able to offer great training and development in order that each team member is also able to work towards the high standards at all times.
Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager this role will suit an individual looking for their next positive career step.
£37k,service charge,company benefits with pension,bonus and career development.
