We are delighted to be recruiting for a client based in this superbly appointed luxury hotel with private owners in a delightful area of North Wales.
The hotel has 30 + bedrooms with superb facilities which includes and award winning restaurant that has been recognised both nationally and internationally for the excellent cuisine and service.
The restaurant serves Modern British fresh,seasonal produce and also caters for weddings,events etc within the F&B areas of the hotel with the largest suite for over 100 guests and also offers a high end leisure and spa facility.
The client is looking to recruit a candidate with experience in award winning multi rosette restaurants and with the hands on knowledge to be able to secure further awards and aiming for a Michelin star in the future.
The restaurant operation consists of a 70 cover restaurant as well as cocktail bar and lounge area within this luxurious hotel,that serves breakfast,lunch,afternoon tea and dinner.
As Restaurant Manager your role is to oversee all day to day operations and to ensure a high standard of service at all times and as well to manage and lead the team to ensure the highest standards of service is offered to all the guests.
You will be supported in your role by Assistant Managers & Supervisors with full time team members.
You will work with the team and be the main lead in dealing operationally with guests and offer training and development to all staff to ensure a consistency of standards.
In addition have the knowledge to manage wage costs and controls and also to train all team members to upsell when possible to achieve the department budget.
