Restaurant Manager – Liverpool

This 4 star hotel located in a beautiful part of Liverpool with close links to the major road networks are recruiting for a hands on Restaurant Manager to join their team.

The restaurant consists of 100 + covers offering all day dining in superb surroundings and fresh seasonal food as well as the highest standards of guest service for the hotel guests as well as discerning local residents who are regular users of the hotel,restaurant and bar facilities as well as the well appointed M&E areas within the hotel.

Your role is to lead and manage the day to day restaurant and bar operations and team and be able to work with the team to offer bespoke guest service at all times and to manage this by training and development of the team throughout the venue,the team consists of an Assistant Manager as well as Supervisors and also full time and casual team members,so it is important that all the team are able to serve at the required standards.

As part of the hotel the restaurant is open for breakfast and then all day dining and the bar as well as drinks offers guest the opportunity to enjoy light snacks,afternoon tea etc.

You will also manage the departmental costs including liquor and wine stock controls,wage costs in line with the department budget and also ensure sales are achieved with upselling etc.
