Restaurant Manager – North Lincolnshire
We are recruiting on behalf of this award winning restaurant based in rural North Lincolnshire area for a hands on Restaurant Manager.
The role requires the individual with similar experience of managing the day to day operations of this high end operation.
You will manage the team to ensure the highest standards of food and service at all times,colloborate with the Head Chef to have a full understanding on the menu and dishes and to relate this to the team that you will be working with.
Also be able to manage all aspects including the bar and also working with the Sommelier as a team and again to understand the wine list and wine pairings being offered to the clients.
You will report to the General Manager and deputise on their days off and holidays so also working knowledge of rotas,wage costs and also the POS will be beneficial.
The role can offer short term live in if required.
£30k+ tronc of approx £5k per annum
