This impressive hotel located in beautiful countryside with extensive facilities including AA rosette restaurant as well as large M&E,bars and leisure operations are recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to join their management team at this stunning 4 star hotel based near Chester.
The hotel boasts some of the best service and operations in the region and with a 1st class AA rosette restaurant with 100 covers is part of that overall excellent guest experience.
As the Restaurant Manager the role is hands on to lead and manage the team and to ensure that the service standards are maintained at all times to the highest standards working with the team which consists of a Assistant Manager and Supervisors and team that offers both full time and casual staff.
The training of each team member is a key part to ensure all team members can and understand the levels of guest service required and to continue the development of all staff.
Also managing work rota’s,wage costs and also to be able to work with the team to drive sales for all key areas,wines,drinks,desserts,coffee’s etc to achieve the department budget.
Reporting direct to the Deputy General Manager and also work when required Duty Manager shifts on a rota basis.
