Restaurant Manager – South Cheshire
This superbly appointed 4 star group hotel with fantastic rooms,beautiful F&B facilities which includes AA rosette restaurant,M&E in multiple rooms as well as leisure and spa are recruiting got a hands on Restaurant Manager.
The role will be focused on guest service and to be able to train and develop the team to deliver this at all times for all services including breakfast,lunch and dinner.
As the Head of Department you will work with and support the team which includes an Assistant Restaurant Manager,various Supervisors and full time and casual team members,so it is vital for the operation to ensure all team members are trained to the same high standards.
Managing by hands on and as part of the team and also manage and deliver costs in line with budgets as well as wage costs etc.
Reporting direct to the F&B Manager this role will suit someone looking to take a 1st HOD role.
