Restaurant Manager – Merseyside 

Looking to recruit for this high end restaurant venue based in rural Merseyside who are looking to recruit for a hands on Restaurant Manager to lead the team and all front of house areas of the operation.

This beautifully appointed restaurant serving modern British cuisine with an influence of traditional French classical cooking has a 100 + cover restaurant and cocktail bar based in a super location close to Liverpool.

The client is looking for an individual who can take on the day to day responsibility of ensuring the highest standard of guest care at all times and has working experience of award winning dining as well as knowledge wines to be able to pair for the guests and this also includes managing the cocktail bar.

You will be supported in your role by Assistant Managers & Supervisors and the ability to train and develop all team members to deliver the service standards required and also working with the Head Chef and kitchen team to assist and support and enhance the guest experience.

In addition have the knowledge to manage wage costs and controls and also to train all team members to upsell when possible to achieve the department budget.
