Restaurant Manager – Manchester
This large 4 star hotel located close to a number of high footfall venues near the city centre are looking to recruit for a Restaurant Manager to join their team and this great hotel operation near Manchester.
The role is a hands on position to lead and manage the day to day operations within a high turnover casual dining restaurant within the hotel.
As the Restaurant Manager you will be working with and supporting the team and be able to ensure and manage standards at all times and to work with the team and offer training and development to deliver this to hotel guests.
You will also manage all financial aspects of the department to achieve sales targets,manage costs including wages and as part of the hotel management team deliver the core values of the company.
Reporting direct to the F&B Manager with on going training and development to drive your career forward.
