Restaurant Manager – Manchester
This beautifully appointed group hotel in central Manchester are presently looking to recruit a Restaurant Manager to join their management team.
The role is to manage and oversee all day to day operations within the hotel and to be able to ensure and deliver consistently high standards within this design led hotel.
The person will also be responsible for being able to manage and deliver the sales and also manage the department budget.
Ideally someone from a high street or independent operation is best suited as although it is a hotel the restaurant functions as a destination and so the person will also be able to manage the social media aspects of the business.
Reporting direct to the General Manager this is key appointment.
