Restaurant Manager – Llandudno
This superbly appointed 4 star hotel based nr Llandudno are presently recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to join their hotel senior team.
The role is a hands on position leading a team of approx 25 + staff with an Assistant Manager,Supervisors and general team members whop are working on varied hourly contracts depending on the requirements of the hotel and restaurant operation.
The restaurant has a rosette and serves approx 80 covers and is open for 3 melas a day as well as serving spa guests light lunches and is a popular for this.
You will manage the team to deliver the highest standards of service at all times and ensure that all team members receive regular training and this is delivered consistently by you and your management team in line with the owners vision of how the hotel is developing.
Reporting direct to the Deputy General Manager and as part of the senior management team.
